Is an exclusive, luxury, gated community consisting of blocks of two and three bedroom garden apartments, 2 and 3 bedroom penthouses and 2 bedroom duplex.
Each have two bathrooms. Set on a magnificent mountain slope and surrounded by
pine, fir and cypress forests, quail and rabbits, this area is nature at its
best. Each apartment has breathtaking views of sea and mountains. The
development buildings footprint only 10% of the 30,000 m2 site.
The large pool with its sundecks and facilities is located ob the lower slope in
full view of, but distanced from the apartment buildings.
The Area
The quaint village of Catalkoy has around 600 inhabitants, maintains its own
private sandy beach for residents and is 5 minutes drive away. It has quaint
convenience shops and restaurants. The retired locals refer to the mountain and
meadows as “The Lake District without the lakes”.
It is a walker’s paradise with many colourful species of wild orchids and
flowers dotting the landscape. The peace and quiet; the fresh air and the views draw nature lovers to this area in
particular. Turtle Beach nearby is a must in July and September with the arrival
of the female turtles and the hatching of the young.
The Site The site starts at an elevation of 212 meters above sea level and rises to 243.
The slope allows uninterrupted views from both garden and upper floor flats
throughout the project. The master bedroom has been designed
also
to have a sea view. This level also creates a cooling sea breeze in summer
without any erosive effects of the sea.
