Arranging an Inspection Trip to Turkey and North Cyprus
| Going on an inspection trip before purchasing a property is the only way to proceed, but, before you go there is a great deal of
homework that needs to be done to make sure you really get the best from
your trip.
Even if you have been on holiday to the country of your choice actually becoming the owner of a property sheds a different light on your approach. When on holiday you may put up with minor problems, but, a longer stay may make mountains from the molehills. Is the airport near enough? Are the shops handy? Take a camera with you and take lots of pictures, and don't forget a notebook and pen. Research the town, the area and the country. The internet carries a tremendous amount of information (and misinformation), printed information from newspapers, books and Tourist Information offices should be studied.
