There are two types of inspection trips offered; the normal
tour which is explained below, and the
self-funded trip.
| The self-funded tour is as it says funded by yourself and it is only after purchasing a property from us would your half board accommodation and transfer costs for up to seven days be reimbursed to you. We provide links to companies providing holiday packages. To view properties we need your contact telephone number at your holiday address and your dates that you will be there. We will arrange for you to be taken out to view the properties. Full assistance will be given in all the aspects of property purchase. |

| The subsidised tour is for two people for seven days, this allows you to not only look at the property but to assess whether the area is suitable for you. When you are spending these large amounts it is essential that you look at as many of the pros and cons as possible. It will be awkward for you if after a weeks holiday in your new home you feel that Turkey is not for you. |  |
| What is the cost? All you pay is the cost
of your airfares, to book your airfare free telephone 0900 980 4435 and
quote VIPS4127, or use the link above; lunches and drinks; and even on the airfares there are very often special deals in
place, especially for purchasers. You will be picked up at the airport
by private car and driven to our apart-hotel. Here you will be
accommodated for the 7 days in one of the apartments which have a double bedroom, living room
with sofa bed, kitchen area, shower/bathroom and balcony. With views of the Taurus
Mountains and the Mediterranean. To keep you cool there is a swimming
pool and bar/restaurant. Your accommodation is half board, leaving you
to pay for drinks and lunch only. If there are more than two on the trip there may be extra charges for the extra people. |
